Donna graduated from State University of New York at Buffalo Law School, magna cum laude, in 1996; she also obtained her Master’s in Business Administration concentrating in Finance at the same time. She received her Bachelor of Science from Rochester Institute of Technology where she studied Food Service Management. She was raised in West Seneca, New York before relocating to Silver Creek in 1998.

Donna worked in Downtown Buffalo for a large firm where she concentrated her practice in the areas of business and corporate law, business immigration and real estate. After leaving the firm, she began work as Assistant Corporate Counsel for a large international medical device company in Amherst, New York where she is in charge of Regulatory Compliance and Quality Assurance. She has expertise with the legal issues facing medical device firms and assists several firms in their regulatory issues with the US FDA and Health Canada.
