Radack Hartnett was formed in 2003 and is located in the Village of Silver Creek, New York. Silver Creek is conveniently located at the northern point in Chautauqua County, at Exit 58 on US Route 90. Our lawyers serve clients primarily in Chautauqua, Erie and Cattaraugus Counties but we are licensed in New York State.

We consider ourselves "country lawyers", living and practicing primarily in Northern Chautauqua County. We are dedicated to providing a full range of legal services and have practiced at our current location since 2003. Our client base ranges from sophisticated business owners and other professionals, farmers, families, and the indigent and other persons in need. We are a small firm, meeting the needs of families.
